Aligner cases · every year
No. 01 â Real volume
This is how we work. Come and see it.
You won't hear how things should be done: you'll see how they're actually done, in a clinic that treats more invisible orthodontic cases every year than most practices. All of this, just two years after opening its doors.
No. 02 â The uncomfortable truth
They're the result of clinical decisions you made before the first aligner, and you probably don't know which ones.
That's exactly what you'll learn to identify during your stay.
No. 03 â The program
You'll understand the origin of misfits in aligner treatments and develop the clinical judgment to decide when to refine, when to use auxiliaries and when to adjust wear times.
It's not just biomechanics and planning: a defined workflow, plus correct execution of IPR and selective grinding, help you make what you plan on screen actually express in the mouth.
We'll place a MARPE with you. We'll insert mini-screws. We'll integrate sectionals. And we'll explain why, when and how. You'll stop doing refinement after refinement with mechanics that are impossible for an aligner.
On arrival at the clinic we'll hand you a complete 300+ page manual with all of our clinical and workflow protocols. Apply it in your routine with your whole team the moment you get back home.
No. 04 â Do you fit?
No. 05 â The day
From 9:30 to 19:00, with you inside the clinic. No classroom, no slides, no disconnected theory.
The day is organized in blocks, not on a rigid schedule: a clinic with this volume doesn't run on a stopwatch, and that's precisely why you'll see what really happens. The order and length of each part adapt to the patients booked that day and to the questions you raise.
We start with what sustains the clinic's volume: how patients arrive and how they turn into treatments. We work the full funnel, social media, active campaigns, the first-visit strategy, pricing, treatment plans and communication scripts. Before going into the mouth, we understand why this clinic does 300 cases a year and yours doesn't.
From here we step into the real clinical day. You'll see first visits, check-ups of patients in treatment, occlusal grinding, refinement decisions, misfit management, use of auxiliaries, bite ramps and sectionals. MARPE surgery happens at some point during the day âwe do it daily, guaranteed during your stayâ, as does the placement of mini-screws for vertical and sagittal problems, if there's an indication that day.
It's not a break: it's part of the program. Thirty minutes to discuss cases, answer your questions privately and dig into the topics that don't fit in the operatory: management, team, hard decisions, patient communication.
We continue with the patients on the schedule and, at some point in the afternoon, we review the follow-up protocols âin person and remoteâ: how we monitor patients between visits and how we prevent a small misfit from becoming a big refinement. Before we close, we dedicate a block to your cases: you bring them, we review them with you, we give you criteria on the decisions you've made and we plan the next steps together.
You leave with the 300-page manual, the decisions made on your cases and a workflow protocol ready to apply in your clinic.

No. 10 â Calendar
Pick the date that best fits your schedule and confirm your enrollment. Spots are limited to three doctors per course and usually sell out weeks in advance.
No. 11 â Questions
We don't record sessions because we protect the privacy of the patients seen in the clinic. You won't need to either: you take home a 300+ page manual with every protocol in writing, and on the Pro plan you have two online follow-up sessions to resolve anything left open.
You get them in writing the same day you arrive. The 300-page manual contains every clinical and workflow protocol we apply: first visit, pricing, grinding, IPR, refinements, remote monitoring, patient communication. You don't have to memorize anything: you'll take it all with you.
Yes, and we recommend it. There's a dedicated block at the end of the day for your cases. On the Pro plan, the Lozano doctors also review three of your cases in depth and you have two follow-up sessions afterward (at 30 and 60 days) to see how they evolve once you apply them in your clinic.
We do MARPE every day. It's one of the highest-volume procedures in the clinic, which is why we guarantee it during your stay. If for an unforeseen reason it isn't possible to see it live, we offer a date change at no cost.
A maximum of three. It's fully personalized: it's not a class, it's a working day with room for you, your questions and your cases.
This course is for doctors who already treat cases with aligners and want better results, fewer refinements and more volume. It's not a beginner course. If you haven't done your first cases yet, there are other trainings better suited to that stage.
Lunch with the Ortodoncia Lozano team is included (it's part of the program, not a break). Accommodation and travel are not included: we send you recommendations for hotels near the clinic when you confirm your enrollment.
Any of them. What we teach doesn't depend on the brand: clinical judgment, biomechanics, planning, IPR and grinding execution, auxiliary management. It applies across Invisalign, Spark, Smilers or whatever system you use.
